Q: Are you available on my date?

Q: Are Douglas and Michelle fun to work with?

A: That is what our past clients tell us. We describe each this way so the answer is YES!

Q: What is your shooting style?

A: We are both photo-journalistic in nature and try to be as unobtrusive as possible.

Q: Is there a discount for receiving wedding photography & videography together?

A: Yes – Always you can subtract 10% off for wedding photography & videography combination packages.

Q: My fiance is in the military. Is there any discounts?

A: Yes! And please thank him for his service to America! Without brave men an woman like that we would not be here doing what we love. God bless all the men and woman protecting this great country. We have and always will offer 15% off as a military discount for both wedding photography and wedding videography right here on the Outer Banks of North Carolina!

Q: What if I am having just a quick ceremony and just want some pictures with my new spouse. Can you do that and how long does it take?

A: Yes! Short quick weddings are no problem!  That is or 2 hour photography package and covers the guests, the ceremony and then we have some fun with getting some romantic portraits, usually on the beach. Our 2 hour packages is designed that way because 1 hour just is not long enough.

Q: Do I get a disk of images with the photography packages?

A: Yes – The images are full size, full resolution, non watermarked and you have permission to make your own prints!

Q: How many images are there?

A: Typically, we will shoot on average 6 images per minute. That’s a lot of images! Then you will receive everything minus any duplicates of images that are not able to be corrected.

Q: Can we make archives of our images?

A: Absolutely.

Q: what rights do we get with our images?

A: Once you get your images, you can make prints, cards, wedding albums and it’s all fine with us. This is called “Home Rights Use” And includes anything non commercial. We even give you a letter to take to your lab as they will usually ask for one. They can also call us toll free at 866-928-1578.

Q: Do you offer custom packages?

Q: We just can’t afford wedding videography services but we know it would be a great idea. Can you help?

A: We believe in our service so much that we will do everything we can to help make it affordable and even work out payments!

Q: Can you shoot our wedding video even though we are having the ceremony on the beach?

A: Yes. It is no problem.

Q: Why should we choose a wedding videographer?

A: Not being able to hear your vows and see your emotion in living, moving color is really a shame. Ask any other bride without a video and they will tell you they really regret it. It’s also for your children. How would you like to watch your parents getting married when they were young?

Q: My uncle Joe just got a new video camera and wants to shoot my wedding for free. Will I be happy with the results?

A: It’s possible but make sure he is using wireless mics (The ones without cracking and popping), has a tripod, understands the order and nature of weddings, knows where to shoot from, knows how to handle difficult lighting, can edit and burn the final video onto DVD’s and has the time to get it back to you before the year is over. He will also never tell you but he would probably rather be having fun at your wedding than shooting a video. It’s hard work.
