I had the pleasure of working with Heather Trentzsch from Heather Events again this year. We got to work together on such an amazingly beautiful wedding with an awesome couple. Heather was not only the planner but is a good friend with Jaclyn & Allan. I asked Heather to submit some information for our blog and she was able to provide all of this wonderful information.

I met Jaclyn & Allan on the docks of Pirate’s Cove Marina where they too, met, and fell for each other in 2009. Jaclyn worked at Mimi’s Tiki Hut & Allan was the First Mate on the charter boat, Maruader. We became great friends and it has been an honor to walk alongside them during their journey to be married, as they were there for my own wedding to my husband, Joey, the Best Man, in 2012.
Jaclyn and Allan Hall were married October 4, 2014 at The Pavilion at Pirate’s Cove Marina. Both Bride and Groom were able to get ready in different homes in the beautiful Pirate’s Cove Community, which also provided Jaclyn the opportunity to depart from her Getting Ready Location on Ballast Point by boat and arrive at The Pavilion at Pirate’s Cove Marina. Her Uncle’s vessel, “Full Circle”, was a perfect, unique entrance that wowed all of the guests. The Vintage-Chic style of their wedding decor featuring soft pastel florals and natural greenery throughout the venue gave an organic & rustic vibe all of the guests could enjoy. From window panes suspended from the rafters covered in Greenery, Mason Jars & Floral arrangements, to all of her individually thrifted Hurricane Oil Lamps, lace overlays, crates and Ball Jars, Jaclyn & Allan’s reception was one you could not forget. A Cigar & Bourbon Bar was a great highlight to pair with the Richmond-based band Proverbial, who had all of the guests on the dance floor throughout the evening. Jaclyn and Allan’s Wedding Day was filled with personal touches by family, friends, local vendors and more.
